THE PROCESS

What forms of payment do you accept?Once the project contract is signed, the project invoices will be sent electronically via email. From there, We accept payments in the form of checks, Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer.

What is the process to start ?After you have made the decision to invest in a package and have completed the inquiry form you will be sent a Client On-Boarding kit with all of the project requirement and an invoice for your project. The kit will ask you every question and request every image needed to complete your project. This kit will also require a signature upon reviewing the policy checklist at the end of every questionnaire. You will receive a confirmation email once your kit is recieved and you will be added to the project queue. All questionnaires must be completed within 48-72 hours after being sent. If not, Order will be canceled. After the completion of your project and you are satisfied with the work the final invoice will be sent. Once payment is received you will recieve all your files.

What is your refund policy ?After starting your project NO REFUNDS will be issued. You will be allowed 3 revisions to make sure you are satisfied with the design. Our goals are to bring your visions to life therefore Eleven Eight Creative Agency will work our hardest to make sure you receive the designs of your dreams !

What is your turn-around times?Turn around time varies based on the scope of project Estimated times are listed for each services but time frames are subject to change. A rush fee can be applied if needed available and will make you automatic priority in my design queue. Rush Orders are to be delivered no later than 2-3 business days for À la Carte Graphics. ALL PROJECT TURNAROUND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH VOLUME & HOLIDAY SEASONS.

How will I receive my files?Eleven Eight Creative Agency will provide your files via Google Drives. You will receive and email with a PNG (transparent background) and JPG. You will also receive the files in PSD, AI, EPS format. These files are used for printing items like banners, t-shirts, etc. as they can be scaled to any size. All YouTube Services are sent through .mov format. Please remember all final files must be downloaded/exported from dropbox for great quality. PLEASE DO NOT SCREENSHOT/SCREEN RECORD ANY PROJECTS. Once the final project is complete and approved, the design process will come to an end. If there is an error on our end (spelling, missing info, etc.), it can be fixed free of charge. Design changes such as colors, font, etc. after final approval will be subject to a revision fee price is depending on the type of change being made.

Do you offer printing?No, we do not offer printing. All the items you purchase will be print-ready.

Abandoned ProjectsIf work purchased and the client “disappears” after 21 days of no show, no call, and no response; you will receive two reminder emails and a courtesy text message to whichever phone number is used during checkout. If Eleven Eight Creative Agency receives no response, your project(s) will be deemed as forfeited and no refund will be provided. If the Client would like to continue after the project has been forfeited, a restart fee of $200 will be charged and project turnaround time restarts completely.

What is the process?After we receive the signed contract and payment/deposit Eleven Eight Creative Agency will send you a questionnaire that will ask you for all the details about your brands and your design expectations for your website. It is important to provide as much details as possible therefore we will be able to create the most accurate website for you. We will then send you an email with the content that we need to add to the site.

What do I need to get started?A word document containing all the text content for the website High Quality Photos in JPEG or PNG format Branding and web designs are not photographers and copywriters. We highly recommend investing in a professional photoshoot and copywriter to help create your brand images and messaging.

Will I be able to maintain my website?Yes, you will be able to edit and add anything from images to products all on your own. After the launch of your website you will receive a complimentary 1 hour lesson to learn how to work your website. Website Management packages are available at a one time fee or under a monthly contract.
